He has successfully lobbied government for changes to benefit NHS pension members, as well as providing technical expertise to the UK's leading think tank to help develop and promote new government policy ideas.

Graham is an established conference speaker, helping NHS employers, Unions and Professional Bodies understand the intricacies of the NHS pension and taxation. He has provided technical support for the BMA's online pension calculation development and helped educate NHS pension members via Twitter.

Graham has a background of 20 years' experience in financial services as a Chartered Financial Planner, specialising in the healthcare sector. A self-confessed IT and NHS pensions geek, with a history of designing tools to help NHS pension members and their professional advisers.
